Other Employment-Based Greencard/I-140 General Issues

Premium Processing (Form I-907) is a service that can be used to expedite the processing of certain employment based petitions and applications.  If it is available to you, the USCIS guarantees that your petition or application will receive an approval, denial, request for evidence, or intent to deny within 15 calendar days from when your I-907 is received.  If you are issued a request for evidence or intent to deny, a new 15-day clock begins upon the receipt of the additional evidence.  If your application or petition is not processed in the 15-day window, you will be refunded the $1,225 fee and you will continue to receive premium processing.
