If you don’t have a birth certificate, then you need to obtain an official statement from the appropriate government authority on letterhead and provide two affidavits by older relatives aware of your birth (preferably your mother and father), along with secondary evidence stating your name, birth date, and names of your parents (i.e. school records, government records, etc.).
