How much time it will take on average to get the results (for Pakistani national).
And if I go to my country before the outcome of the case. My case is approved while I am in Pakistan but I have no Visa to enter to USA. Is it possible or I have to stay in USA during this time?

It takes the USCIS on average 2-6 months to process I-140 petitions, regardless of which category they are filed under or the country of origin of the beneficiary and 4-5 months to process I-485s. For more information regarding current processing times, please see  this link.

You do not need to remain in the US until you have a decision on your I-140.  But, if you are outside of the US after your I-140 has been approved, then instead of filing an I-485 for adjustment of status, you will need to apply at a U.S. Department of State consulate abroad for an immigrant visa in order to come to the United States and be admitted as a permanent resident. This pathway is referred to as “consular processing.”  We have attached some information about consular processing that you may find helpful.
