I apply for green card mainly for my children, but I had missed the time when they were under 21 years old, they will turn 23 this year, is there a age limitation if I would get a green card and apply for family union for them?
Since your children are over the age of 21, they are not eligible to file I-485s or do consular processing as derivative beneficiaries of your I-140. But, once you have your Green Card, you can file family-based petitions for them. For more information, please see this link.
