Will the change of my home address affect the I-485 filing? I'm relocating right now because I will start a new job.

Regarding your change of address - it will have no effect on your I-485. You just have to update the address on file with USCIS within 10 days of each change of address by filing an AR-11. You can do this online by going to the following link - https://egov.uscis.gov/crisgwi/go?action=coa.Terms.
